His wide range of skills include time spent as a loss prevention officer and special event management which enabled him to expand his skillset and move into Supervision. Ivan takes great pride in the security profession and has developed excellent communication skills with his co-workers and our clients.

Francisco “Turtle” Estrada has 6 years of experience in the security industry and has worked a variety of sites ranging from retail posts, special events of all sizes and at sensitive corporate locations. Turtle’s resume includes time spent in loss prevention where he learned how to use technology as a tool to help secure people and property. Incident reporting and communication are some of his strong points and he helps train our officer staff in these areas.
When on duty He is always alert and is constantly scanning for things such as pre-incident indicators and behaviors outside the baseline for whatever environment he is working in. Turtle believes that it's always better to stop issues before they develop and coaches our officer staff to be proactive in the same manner.
Mr. Estrada holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has over 15 years of experience practicing many different styles of Martial Arts and has competed in Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts multiple times. He enjoys pistol and rifle range time and engages in firearms training regularly. Turtle enjoys working with people and his friendly demeanor matches well with his customer service approach to serving our clients.
